REGISTRATION
How do I register for the Annual Meeting?
Registration is now open, Start your Registration Today You can register at any point during the meeting and for 3 months afterwards.
I have already registered for the meeting in Las Vegas. Am I automatically registered for the online meeting?
Yes, you are automatically registered for the online meeting and will be contacted for a refund. Further details and guidance on how to navigate the meeting platform will be announced in due course.
If I have already registered for ICS 2020 and wish to keep my registration what happens now?
Your registration will be automatically be transferred to ICS Online and then you will be contacted by Kenes International to refund the difference in registration costs.
How can I pay the registration fees?
Payment of registration fees can be made by credit card or bank transfer via the online system.
Can I receive an invoice under the sponsoring company/ hospital’s name?
Yes. If you require an invoice to be issued to the sponsoring company, please send an email to the registration department at reg_ics20@kenes.com, specifying the services requested and full address of the sponsoring company.
Will I receive a confirmation letter after I have finished registering?
Yes. A detailed confirmation letter and receipt will be sent to you by email as soon as payment is received and registration is completed.
What if I am not available during the meeting dates?
The content will be available on-demand following the meeting dates, for all registered participants.
If I wish to cancel my registration, will I receive a refund?

My abstract was accepted for the ICS meeting in Las Vegas. Is it accepted for the online meeting too?
Yes, accepted abstracts are still valid for the virtual meeting and will be included in the online platform. Details on the format will follow soon.
I am a presenter/speaker at ICS 2020, what should I do?
We will contact you directly regarding your participation in the programme and you will be notified if there are changes to the date and time of your session than from what was previously agreed.
Will ICS 2020 Online be accredited?
The ICS still intends to make an application to give you maximum credits for this event. More information will be available soon.
Has the 7th ICI (International Consultation on Incontinence) been postponed?
Yes, and it will now take place at ICS 2021, Melbourne. The ICI Editorial Team made the decision based on the additional impact of COVID-19 on the ability to complete the Chapters in time.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATION & FLIGHTS
I have a hotel booked in Las Vegas – what do I do?
If you booked your hotel through the ICS and Kenes International you will be contacted shortly for a refund. If you booked your hotel directly then please contact your supplier.
I have a flight booked to Las Vegas – what do I do?
Most airlines are being very flexible with flights in view of the pandemic. Please contact your supplier to cancel the flight or receive a credit for another flight.
EXHIBITION
I am an exhibitor at ICS 2020, what should I do?

Will there be an exhibition at the virtual meeting?
Yes, there will be a virtual exhibition area.
