The Board of Trustees is composed of:
- ICS General Secretary, Chair of the ICS Board of Trustees
- ICS Treasurer
- Others members nominated and voted on by the membership
The Board of Trustees is the controlling body of ICS and reports to members once a year at the AGM, held during the ICS Annual Meeting.
