My practice consists of neurourology ( MS, SCI, other neurological diseases), reconstructive surgery for 40%. Another 40% consists of urogynecology, in a integrated care program with the gynecology department ( Prof. Dr. Jan Deprest). 20% of my time is devoted to the administrative tasks in the National MS Hospital.
Besides these tasks I supervise 3 researchers in the field of interstitial cells and urothelial signalling. Within the pelvic floor unit we also run a lab on mesh and implant behaviour.
