Proxy Votes
The ICS offers online voting in order to allow every member to have their say, even if they are unable to attend the AGM. However, if you are unable to vote online or wish someone to vote on your behalf at the AGM then you may appoint a proxy vote or vote by post. In order to appoint another ICS member to vote on your behalf at the AGM please complete the ICS Voting Proxy Form. The proxy form should be returned to the ICS office via email by 19:00 (BST) on 24 October 2024. Once the proxy form is received, a receipt will be issued to the appointed voter. This receipt should be presented to the ICS staff at the Annual General Meeting in return for ballot papers.
