This week's hall of fame member is Adrian Wagg.
Name: Adrian Wagg
Profession: Geriatrician
Why are you an ICS member: I have been an ICS member since 1993. Membership in a collegiate network of like minded scientists and clinicians has proved to be an enjoyable and productive experience in order to improve the understanding of science and clinical practice in the area - it’s a must for all serious investigators.
Which was your first ICS meeting: Prague, 1st - 5th June 1994.
Special ICS memories: Loads - but many aren’t repeatable in public!
Biggest influence: James Malone Lee, as an initial mentor but I’m eternally appreciative of the support given by Linda Cardozo and Chris Chapple (as a non-urologist/ urogynecologist.)
The one paper (or book/article/video) you must read/view: Urodynamics by Derek Griffiths - a must for all in the field and conveniently republished by ICS. ICS members contact the ICS office if you would like to receive a copy.
If you could go back in time what advice would you give to yourself and why: Be bold, make friends, have fun.
