Following on from the 2012 meeting in Beijing and as announced at the Annual General Meeting, the ICS Board of Trustees has confirmed that the annual membership fee will increase from £50 to £70 per year with effect from 25/10/2012.
The ICS membership rate is reviewed annually by the Board to ensure that the rate is inclusive for all disciplines and this is the first time in over a decade that the Board has voted to increase the membership fee. The decision to increase the rate is based on the administration costs incurred by the ICS, which have increased annually but have not been reflected in the rate charged to members. The ICS tries hard to keep the joining fee as low as possible; even at £70 the ICS does not make any profit on membership.
The new rate is effective from 25/10/2012, should you wish to renew online then please click on the below link.
Please note that SUFU members are still eligable for a £25 discount reducing their annual membership rate to £45.
The affiliate rate is now £50 per person or £35 per person with no NUU Journals.
