If you are going to fit in only one museum while in Toronto, make it the Royal Ontario Museum which houses an expansive collection of historical and cultural artefacts. The Aga Khan Museum, dedicated to Islamic civilisations and Muslim culture is also well worth a visit or, if you fancy something a bit different, the Bata Shoe Museum showcases more than 13,000 items of footwear from around the world.

Sport

We would be doing this Canadian city a disservice if we didn’t mention sport (we hear it’s kind of a big deal to the locals!) And of course, in true Torontonian style, there’s a huge variety of experiences on offer, with something for everyone.
