Dear Members
A team of ICS members consisting of Safwat Tosson, Professor Adrian Wagg and Professor Paulo Palma is aiming to establish the current practice of urodynamic testing as the urodynamic test was introduced without strong robust evidence. Some of you may recall that the first 2 lectures at ICS 2013 Barcelona looked at the role of urodynamic testing and found no value. This logically raises the vital question, “if my urodynamic machine is at the end of its life can I produce enough evidence to buy a new machine and can I run my department without a urodynamic machine and testing?”
