ICS TOWN HALL MEETING
The ICS Trustees would like to invite you to the regular Town Hall Meeting to discuss ICS strategy and direction. The Board of Trustees recognise that the AGM does not offer the membership sufficient opportunity to discuss society matters at length or in depth so this is your opportunity as ICS members to discuss matters directly with the Board and to provide your feedback and suggestions for the future. If you have a matter about which you would like to ask questions, or which you would like to formally discuss, please let the office know by 31st August 2017
The meeting will be held from 18:00 – 18:45 on Wednesday 13th September in Spadolini E of the convention centre.

TRUSTEES’ ANNUAL REPORT FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2016
The 2016 ICS Trustees’ Annual Report and consolidated accounts to end 2016 are now available for viewing ahead of the Annual General Meeting (AGM). Click here to view the full document.
The ICS Treasurer will present a summary of the independently examined and approved accounts at the AGM. As there is limited time for discussion of the accounts at the AGM members are invited to submit any questions in advance. All questions should be directed to info@ics.org and be sent by 31st August 2017.
The accounts have been independently examined by Goldwyn’s Bristol Ltd, a firm of auditors. The accounts have been reviewed by the Board of Trustees and approved by the ICS Treasurer on behalf of the Board. It is anticipated the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2016 will be adopted by the membership at the AGM.
