Dr Marie-Ève Clermont first completed a bachelor’s degree in biomedical sciences at University of Montréal, Québec, Canada. She then completed her medical studies and her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2012. After completing a 2-year fellowship in Urogynecology and pelvic floor reconstructive pelvic surgery at Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia Canada, she joined the urogynecology and neuro-urology unit at the CHUM (Centre Hospitalier de l’Université de Montréal) in Montréal, Québec and is an assistant professor at the University of Montréal. Since 2016, she is the program director of the fellowship in urogynecology and pelvic floor reconstructive surgery at University of Montréal. Since 2020, she leads an expertise center on mesh related complications in her center.
