Tomas Lindor Griebling, MD, MPH, is the John P. Wolf Masonic Distinguished Professor of Urology and a Faculty Associate in the Landon Center on Aging at the University of Kansas School of Medicine. He is recognized for his expertise in the area of Geriatric Urology. He has served in a variety of leadership roles including President of the South Central Section of the American Urological Association (AUA), President of the Geriatric Urological Society of the AUA, and Chair of the Health Sciences Section of the Gerontological Society of America (GSA). At KU, he has previously served as Senior Associate Dean for Medical Education, Acting Associate Dean for Continuing Medical Education, Vice-Chair of the Department of Urology, and Program Director of the Urology Residency Training Program. He has been the recipient of the Distinguished Service Award from the AUA for his work in Geriatric Urology, and serves on the editorial boards of a number of journals including the Journal of Urology, Urology, International Urology & Nephrology, Neurourology & Urodynamics, and the Journal of Surgical Education, and was Editor-in-Chief for a comprehensive textbook on the topic of Geriatric Urology.
